Joe was born in the city of Toronto and raised in Mississauga where he attended Gordon Graydon Memorial Secondary School. Opened in 1957 and named after Gordon Graydon a Canadian politician, Gordon Graydon is home to the International Business & Technology Program (IBT) where students join an enriched program that places emphasis on business and technology.

From there Joe went on to study business management, operations, marketing, home building, construction, real estate and property management, and his experience gained over the last 15 years is what has enabled him to think outside the box in order to provide exceptional services to his clients! In early 2012 after some clients brought up some issues with the lack of information available for home buyers and sellers, Joe decided he could help make information easily available by using the power of the internet and with his experience in internet marketing.

Within 60 days Joe setup the entire platform and production for his online show Real Estate 101: The Home Buying & Selling Show and filming began in early June of 2012. Since then a total of over 125 episodes have been filmed where Joe interviewed some exceptional guest speakers discussing everything and anything that may directly or indirectly effect a home buyer or seller.

Some of the episodes covered home inspections, home staging, home renovations, insurance, real estate law, tax law, financial, estate and succession planning, mortgage financing, family law, employment law and much more. We live in a new world. People want information and they want it fast. Everyone has a smartphone, Ipad or computer and if you’re not staying ahead or up to date with what’s happening, you’re gonna get left behind pretty quickly Joe said.

An expert internet marketer Joe combined his expertise with his vision for the show to create a show that has made it easier for home buyers and sellers to get answers to some of their questions by simply searching online. This expertise also pays huge dividends for his seller clients as all of his web platforms generate tremendous website traffic putting his listings in front of thousands of potential home buyers every month.

Joe continually offers his time to discuss real estate on local television and radio. He has appeared on Gente Da Nossa the largest Portuguese community TV show in Canada as a guest speaker discussing real estate. Gente Da Nossa airs every Saturday morning on CityTV.

Joe can also be heard from time to time on Aguarela Radio airing on CJMR 1320am taking calls from listeners offering them real estate advice. And Joe has also been a guest at TheHazeFM.ca Mississauga’s largest online radio show.

He has spoke at numerous seminars and training events teaching other Realtors strategies on how to build their business using new innovative ideas and technology and also served as an influential committee member of the Brampton Real Estate Board Youth Professional Network (YPN) in 2010 along with other seasoned experienced Realtors.

The role of this committee was to implement new innovative ideas for BREB members to utilize in building their real estate business.
